What did you say? that person has no respect for you, at all?
Well, did you speak to them first? Did you say "Hi" loud enough for them to hear you? Perhaps maybe they have a problem with hearing. After three times of proving yourself friendly and they don't respond...give up and walk away. Some people want to be in their own world by themselves. And as you leave them don't give them the finger perhaps they are having a bad day and your gesture could just agitate their problem. Let by ones be by gone. There may be another time to prove your friendly. Just do it again.
